About the business

Triple F Consulting was formed in 2013. It is an Australian-owned, Sydney-based business.

We are able to travel nationally and internationally as required; however we are increasingly being asked for, and now prefer, the ‘offsite’ work arrangement.

We work on short and long-term projects; with a focus since March 2020 for offsite work for new and established HSE teams. We specialise in a ‘trusted advisor’ concept, whereby we provide offsite mentoring (our ‘Good to Great’ program) and advice to your onsite HSE team. This allows you to tap into the experience and knowledge of a seasoned professional for a small monthly fee, at a fraction of the cost of a full-time HSE Manager.

You should know we:

Focus on the relationship and the quality of the engagement. Meaning, we ask a lot of questions. We like to spend time getting to know you, your business, and what is important to you.

We simplify rather than complicate. We are not in the business of providing you a 120-page report, when a face-to-face debrief will be more suitable.

We have a solid network of contacts for emergency response training, advice and major equipment procurement; occupational hygiene and monitoring; and first aid training at a variety of levels.
